  • Orders placed after 2:30pm Monday to Thursday will leave us the next day, orders placed on Saturday / Sunday will leave us Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2:30pm Monday to Friday or at the weekend Will be processed the next day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2PM on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays). We do not ship on Sundays or Bank Holidays

Orders to Northern Ireland, parts of the Scottish Highlands and most Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.

Occasionally we may upgrade orders to the UPS, this will be noted in your order fulfilled notification email.

The order notes facility is to let Kwik Vape know of anything specific to do with your order. Notes made concerning delivery requests can't be relayed and won't be seen by the delivery drivers.

If your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe shown for the delivery method chosen then please contact us within 7 days of the date we dispatched your order, so we can investigate with the relevant handler.

Unfortunately we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries reported to us after 7 working days.

If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve any issues.

International Shipping

At present, we are unable to ship internationally.

Kwik Vape - Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts for 45 days

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve as these contain the product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. 

Please email us to discuss the return BEFORE sending anything to us. Once we have discussed the issue we can agree the best course of action and advise required action.  

In the event we agree to accept a return and ask you to post an item, Please ensure your items are well packaged so they don't get damaged on their way back to us.  


Some goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. These include:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Tanks / Atomisers / Pods which have been filled with liquid, used or removed from their sealed packaging.
  • Vape Kits which have been filled with liquid or used
  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)
  • Opened coils or pods.


If you want to exchange your item, the quickest and easiest way is to contact us, we will discuss the reasons and subject to agreement will advise you to re-order what you need and then return the unused items for a refund. This way you will receive the correct items quickly and your refund will be processed once the items are back with us.


Once your return is received and inspected and assuming everything is in order, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid, back to the payment method originally used. Please allow a few days for the funds to be received back into your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within seven working days of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back. If they have and we've processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at or on 01903 237841.

Sale or clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
